Item Availability and Backorders
All items are available and ready to ship unless noted. If one of the
products you ordered becomes out of stock between the time you place and the
time we receive your order, we will notify you immediately by email or phone
with an expected date of arrival for the out of stock product(s). If you ordered
other products in the same order, we will proceed with shipping those to you
without the out of stock item(s), which will be automatically placed on
backorder. We believe our customers prefer to be charged for these items at time
of the initial order so that when they do come in we can expedite the item.
However, if you wish to cancel an existing backorder item and instead receive a
refund, contact us directly.

Ordering and Payment Methods
Our aim is to make ordering and payment easy. Choose the method you prefer:
• Order Online: We offer secure online order processing. Place your order at
any time of the day or night right from your desk or laptop.
• By Phone: Call us at
301-707-3437 (Monday-Friday 9am - 11pm ET, Saturday 9am -
4pm ET).
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and the Discover Card through
PayPal (preferred payment method). A PayPal account is not required. We also
accept personal or cashier’s checks, money orders or cash (local pick-up only).
If paying by check, order will not ship until check has cleared. Sorry, no
C.O.D. shipments.

Shipping Policies and Procedures
Shipping charges stated are for ground delivery to the 48 Continental United
States only and are determined by using a flat rate table that is based on the
average shipping charge for each item. This simplified table approach gives us
the ability to quote freight costs before you place an order. In some cases
shipping charges may be less than our actual cost to process and ship, in other
cases they may exceed our costs.
Expedited shipping or shipping to a PO/APO/FPO address may be available on
some items for an additional charge. Please specify when ordering and include
your telephone number so that we may contact you with options and pricing.
Additional shipping charges apply to all other locations and countries,
including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and others. Please contact us for
additional shipping charge estimates.
You will receive an email from us when your order has shipped, containing
your order information and tracking number.
Local pickup from our Wiley Ford, WV location is available on all items.
Please select the “local pickup” shipping option when placing your order and then contact
us to make arrangements and for directions to our facility.

Damaged / Lost / Incorrect Shipment
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing,
damaged, or incorrect parts. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage,
however it does occur occasionally. If a package is damaged in transit, do NOT
accept the package, instead, have the shipper immediately return it to us. If
the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact us
for return instructions.
Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of
merchandise or they will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 14
business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for
lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the
shipping company.

Return Policy and Procedure
Within 14 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any wrong or
defective parts. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be
disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for
installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing
expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of
any wrong or defective parts.
We will provide a replacement or refund for any such item provided it is
unused, is in resalable condition and returned within 20 days of original
invoice. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. All returns must be postage paid;
contact us for return procedures.
All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged
returns that occur as a result of improper packing.
If you choose a refund for the part, we will refund your shipping and
handling expenses for a part sent to you in error, received defective or damaged
in shipping. This refund will be automatically credited upon receipt and
inspection of the part. . Any merchandise credit will include sales tax.
Shipping and handling costs will also be refunded at that time, if applicable.
If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will
be prorated.
If you choose to exchange the part for a duplicate, you will not be
responsible for the shipping and handling charges on the replacement part.
We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part.

Core Returns
Core returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay shipping
costs for core returns. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Core credits will
only be issued for the exact number of units purchased. The core credit will not
exceed the original core deposit. Cores must be returned within 30 days of the
ship date of the new product to be eligible for core credit.

Refunds
Refunds for returns normally take a few days to process and credit from the
date we receive your return. Once the return has been approved and processed,
the refund will be credited to the account you used for your purchase.
You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please
be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your
credit card.

Ordering from Outside the USA
Our catalog contains applications for cars sold in the United States and
Canada. We welcome customers throughout the world. But if your vehicle was built
for a different market (including American cars sold outside the U.S.), please
use caution when ordering. Our parts may not fit models sold in other markets.
And though our return policies apply equally to US and international orders,
shipping international returns can be expensive.

Order Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to ship items within 24 hours of order placement. If you need to
cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your items have not yet
shipped, we will immediately cancel your order with no penalty or payment due.
Payments by credit card are processed at the time the order is placed and cannot
be canceled; however we will promptly refund your full payment, less a small
processing fee, after receiving your cancellation request. If your order has
already been shipped, you will be charged only for the actual shipping costs
incurred and refunded the balance of your payment. The refund will be credited
to the account you used to buy the merchandise.

Warranty
A limited 90-day warranty provided by the manufacturer applies to all parts.
The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from defects in workmanship and
material. The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper
repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration or modification.
The warranty does not cover any freight charges, cost of parts removal, normal
wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.
Our warranty covers the replacement of a defective part within the original
warranty period. We warranty all parts for a period of 90 days from date
received unless otherwise specified. Warranties only apply to parts replacement.
If a replacement part cannot be obtained, a full refund will be issued. Our
liability under NO circumstances will exceed the amount of the original sale.

Privacy / Security
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only
to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties
except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email
addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any
other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Our shopping cart uses a secure socket layer (SSL) on all orders. This
protects and encrypts your personal information before it travels over the
Internet. Information such as your name, address and credit card number cannot
be seen or stolen while being transferred over phone lines. The technology used
is the industry standard for secure online transactions, so placing an order
online with us is extremely safe. We use PayPal for secure credit card
processing; therefore your credit card information is not stored by us.
Our shopping cart uses cookies to retrieve certain information previously
provided by you, so that you will not need to reenter this information every
time you visit the site. This feature is entirely optional. We do not use
cookies to store personal information. Cookies by themselves cannot be used to
find out the identity of any user.
